Privacy
notice.

HNA Estates respects the privacy of prospective buyers, clients and website visitors. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you contact us about property advisory services.

Information you choose to share

You may share your name, telephone number, email address, preferred market, property type, indicative budget, contact preference and any note included with your enquiry. Please do not submit sensitive personal documents through the website form.

How the enquiry form works

This website does not save form entries in an independent lead database. When you submit the form, your details are securely transmitted by HNA Estates' email notification provider to the advisory mailbox so the team can respond. The provider processes this information to deliver the notification, and its privacy terms also apply.

Why we use your information

We use enquiry information to understand your brief, respond to your request, arrange calls or site visits, share relevant property information, maintain client correspondence, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with authorised HNA representatives, the email notification provider and, when necessary to fulfil your request, relevant developers, channel partners, professional advisers or service providers. Notification and correspondence records may be retained only as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, relationship, legal obligation or dispute resolution.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information, withdraw consent for future promotional communication, or ask how your information has been used. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed for a requested service or legal obligation.
